Steph came down from Fukui to visit me in Okazaki during Golden Week. Here are a few pics. This was taken in Okazaki Park near the Castle. 

I was really freaking out about all of those bees. They were huge, but the blossoms were lovely. 

Happy Cinco de Mayo! Steph, Kit, James, and I hit the gaijin bar for margaritas, coronas, nachos, and quesadillas to celebrate. 

Sleepiness abounds as we wait for Steph's early morning train back to Fukui. 

After bowling, we went to Saizeriya - an extremely cheap Italian chain. Not bad, though. I'm sitting between Natsuyo and Natsuko. 

Kit surprised me with his phone camera. We went bowling Sunday evening with Natsuyo, Natsuko, and Tomo.
